Colin McGrane, PE, PMP is a Structural Engineer with various project management experience in capital construction projects. He is responsible for project delivery and execution from planning, design, and construction. He has successfully managed both design and construction projects while ensuring the safety and operations of the job site. He ensures projects are managed and delivered safely, efficiently, on or before schedule, on or under budget, and in accordance with the project documents and industry standards. He has the proven track record to accomplish tasks in a complex and a unique construction environment. He actively works with and manage design consultants, third party construction support services, and contractors. He has experience in writing technical work scopes, creating budgets and estimates, monitoring schedules, creating bid documents including specifications and plans, reviewing and approving invoices, reviewing design and construction submittals, and presenting to stakeholders. He has successfully developed, designed, and managed construction projects in the $500M + range and can offer the same success to your project.
